About the role

FIS is seeking an experienced and dynamic MLOps engineer, who will be a subject matter expert in the development of a Cloud Based solution/product. You will have at least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning & ML OPS and proven experience in deploying model on Azure Cloud. Masters is Data Science or Machine learning & experience in Fintech Capital market space is an added advantage.

What you will be doing:

• Participating in Daily Scrum for developing Machine learning solution. Working in Agile development framework

• Understanding the business problems and working with various business & Technical stakeholders.

• Doing exploratory Data analysis and understanding meta data.

• Creating and reviewing ML Models.

• Understanding on Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning and Reinforcement learning

• Understanding on Generative AI and prompt engineering

• Model fine tuning.

• Partnering with Data Engineers, ML engineers, developers, and business teams to test your models in production.

• Building and maintaining operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Azure infrastructure and systems.

• Administering and troubleshooting Linux based, Dockerized, Kubernetes-orchestrated systems.

• Maintaining/Supporting the solution post development.

What You Will Need:

• Experience with Time Series forecasting Models: ARMA, ARIMA, SARIMA, Vector Auto regression, Smoothing, Kalman Filtering,

• Anomaly Detection: Isolation forests, SVM, Decision Trees and Ensemble Learning

• Deep Learning Basics: RNN, LSTMs, Transformer Architecture, BERT, GPT, Roberta

• Generative AI Prompt engineering: Defining & working on prompts, Fine Tuning LLMs, RAG

• Lang Chain: Chain, Prompts, Agents, Vector stores, Document loaders

• Deploying ML Model on Cloud: Model end point deployment, Docker, Understanding REST APIs, Bit bucket

• Cloud Azure Services: Chat GPT 3.5 Turbo, Azure AI Search, Azure Content Safety, Cosmos DB, Blob storage, Data Bricks, Azure Kubernetes services, Experience in creating ML pipelines on Azure.

• Good Communication Skills: Listening, Comprehending, Speaking.

• Understanding of Application Architecture/Microservices: Application Architecture, Microservice based Architecture.

• Programming: Python, SQL; familiar with Python Libraries like SCIKIT Learn, Tensorflow, Keras, pytorch, scikit-learn, seaborn , matplotlib

The CTV (Connected TV) Web team is a primarily front-end agile software development team
building the "Future of Television". Our core responsibility is building Nine’s suite of applications that
run on web TVs (Samsung, LG and Hisense). We're at the forefront of 9Now’s strategy with
unprecedented growth in Smart TV, set-top box usage across Australia.

Day to day:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to build, retain, and grow our Small to Medium Business client base.

In this role, you’ll partner with an Account Manager, applying best practices and solutions as the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realising business performance gains from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

As a successful CSE, you’ll help organisations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide. 

As a successful CSE, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Procore’s technology solution within the industries we serve. You’ll be instrumental in creating long-lasting adoption and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base. You’ll partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, PS, Support, Product and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology. You’ll provide industry and technology thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.

This position will report to the Manager of the SMB Customer Success team and be based in Sydney. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist new clients through Implementation paths
• Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Procore, based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
• Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform
• Develop and execute on account strategies for emerging accounts while working alongside Sales to deliver positive outcomes for clients
• Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key executives within each account
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• This position requires 15-20% travel to Procore offices, client sites, and more!

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems preferred or relevant years of experience
• 1+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience or 1+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred
• Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data
• Experience acting as a technology evangelist 
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, diverse, innovative environment.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Ability to train clients on product.
