Position Overview:
We are in search of a Principal Engineer to join our newly formed business team and play a pivotal role in assembling and growing our engineering team. This role involves spearheading the selection and development of engineers for product design, development, and realization.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize 3D CAD designs integrated into our VR/AR simulation software for client presentations and ergonomic verifications prior to manufacturing.
Directly oversee a small team of engineers specializing in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics, Mechanical Design, Process Safety, Hazardous Area, and Process/Production.
Manage resourcing and coordination with external providers for specialized design segments for projects.
