Key Responsibilities

Qualification and Essential skills:
• Diploma level qualification in Business /Management or similar

How you will make an impact As the Group Health Funds Manager, you will play an integral role in the management of Cabrini's Health Fund and Compensable contracting negotiations and contract performance. About you To be considered for this role, it is essential to have extensive private hospital/health funding experience and hospital service knowledge gained in a senior leadership role relating to large health fund contract negotiations, revenue or hospital management. In addition, you will bring the following:

Appropriate qualifications commensurate with the position with solid experience in the health sector.
Strong exposure and experience in billing and health funding in the private healthcare sector.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Effective influencing and negotiating skills, with an understanding of planning, data requirements, timeframes, and expected outcomes.
Comfortable and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
Understanding of and commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement to support service growth.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control ICT projects that drive our technical capabilities forward. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with quality standards. The successful applicant will work from our Melbourne CBD office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of ICT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans to outline deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet specified standards.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of new technology solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of ICT professionals to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project milestones, objectives, and deliverables are met within agreed timeframes.
Salary range
$70,000-$85,000
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in managing ICT projects, ideally in a technology-driven or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

• Experience in project management .
