Key Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is overseeing the operation of NaturaHeal’s stores and to ensure excellence in customer service while ensuring consistency in service and management.
• Ensure that store staffs follow Store operations standards, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for delivering and maintaining high customer service standards and the ability to lead a team to success.
• Responsible to contribute to the growth and profitability of the NaturaHeal’s stores by developing and monitoring promotional activities, be responsible for staff development and management, store merchandising, stock management and control.
• Responsible for staff recruitment, induction and training including ongoing training to store staff in Customer service, Sales techniques, Occupational health, safety and hygiene and Cross-cultural communication.


• Roaster staff member as and when require and ensure that they are confidently able to perform all job duties and rewards, disciplines and terminates appropriately.
• Managing operational efficiency through adherence to rosters, attendance and leave and conducting training sessions.
• Responsible for the coaching and mentoring of the staff to maximise output, identify ongoing improvements to operations, systems and procedures.
• Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory. This includes Filling and maintaining the presentation of stock during and after trading hours, ensuring that stock is not damaged and carrying out stock rotation procedures.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, expenses, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain business records, analyse financial performance of the store with the Director and create action plan to improve stores performance.
• Maintain company and customer expectations by providing appealing store condition. These include resolving customer complaints and maintained clean and tidy store area.
• Maintain high levels of Customer satisfaction, high levels of engagement and liaison with the local community and businesses.
Qualification and Essential skills:
• Diploma level qualification in Business /Management or similar
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience in the retail management
• Proven leadership and coaching experience
• Experience managing a team with proven success in training and development
• Commercially minded, organised and proactive
• A proven track record with store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies

ANNUAL SALARY: $78,000 + Superannuation
