As Sofitel's Guest Experience Agent you will answer calls for arriving guests and in-house guests using efficient and professional communication, providing superior customer service and guest engagement through friendly and professional interactions that exceed the guests’ expectations. An essential part of this role will be to follow the Sofitel Brand Standards in every interaction with guests, maintaining total customer satisfaction and creating cousu main moments.

• Be a customer journey expert and facilitator
• Answer calls within 3 rings using specified greeting for the hotel following Sofitel brand standard guidelines
• Positively respond to all calls and assist with guest’s enquiries, directing to the appropriate department

• Accurately document guest messages and internal communication
• Complete general day to day duties of the communications team.

Brisbane Times is seeking a social media producer/journalist to join the newsroom in Brisbane. 

We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and fresh ideas about digital storytelling to help coordinate and distribute Brisbane Times content through current and emerging social media channels. 

The successful candidate will report to the Brisbane Times digital editor and the Nine metro mastheads’ growth content editor, and will work with another social media producer with the aim of better distributing our content, reaching new audiences and acquiring new subscribers. 

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed-term position and will include a Sunday - Thursday roster.

Day to day you will:

• Work alongside the Brisbane Times’ Digital Editor to execute social media strategy
• Write, create and publish social posts and stories
• Work to ensure the tone and balance of content is appropriate and targeted
• Help manage our fast-growing suite of social media accounts
• Help generate ideas for content geared toward distribution across social media platforms and assist in production
• Track and meet follower and engagement goals for social platforms

Your day-to-day.

• Implement and oversee the setup and configuration of campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to specified parameters and goals.

• Coordinate and lead regular meetings with media partners to discuss strategies, and updates, and ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
• Responsible for organizing and trafficking video assets weekly using CM360, ensuring proper management and distribution in line with campaign requirements.
• Monitor and manage monthly budgets while overseeing financial aspects to ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial limits.
• Work with brand teams to determine media weightings, prioritize assets, and ensure effective asset management aligned with overall brand objectives and strategies.

You're a match if you have….

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, focusing on pivotal channels like BVOD, YouTube, and Programmatic video.
• Proficiency in Google platforms including DV360 and CM360.
• Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and analysing results.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and is comfortable making decisions based on data analysis.
