About the Company Davidson are working with a state government client who are seeking an experienced Engagement Officer (Digital Content & Social Media). About the Role This role will be working as part of the Customer Experience and Engagement Team that provides digital content for the department’s social media channels and websites. Drive, inspire and implement creative social media campaigns that bring the program’s key messages to digital and other audiences. Maintain key internal relationships as part of the Customer Experience and Engagement team and provide key strategic digital advertising and marketing advice. Suggest, write and edit compelling content including copy, photos and reels that promotes the work of the program on social media and other channels. Manage the program’s weekly social media calendar and social media channels, including nurturing and building audiences on these platforms.
