We are looking for an experienced Software Licensing Consultant to join our team.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney; however, we require this particular role to be Adelaide based. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

As the Software Licensing Consultant in Adelaide, you will join a national team working on behalf of, and with, our clients to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

This is an opportunity to excel within a successful high-performance team who are growing our footprint across enterprise licensing engagements and agreements.

This is a people facing role with expectations around building repour with the client base based on knowledge and subject matter expertise.

We are intending to trust you with our most important clients in Adelaide and expecting your guidance in their success thanks to the use of the Microsoft suite as well as building new opportunities through your market connections.

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• History with the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
• Understanding with the Cloud Solution Provider program
• A good handle on the Microsoft technology and the associated licensing rules
• Solutioning at a business level.
• Solutioning at a technology level.
• An engaging personality and market connections
• A diligence and focus about getting it right for the client.
• Ability to work as part of a team and get involved early in the solutioning

Nice to have:

• Capability with licensing around associated licensing platforms
• A voice internally to share with the local sales teams and lines of business
• A desire for pairing with Datacom subject matter experts to help deliver the best possible outcome for the client.
• Time management skills and a program diligence with clients to drive on-time delivery.
• Strong team-working to establish credibility with peers in client management and software sales

Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Adelaide on a Permanent full-time basis.

This role reports directly to the Customer Service Team Lead and will see you utilise your awesome Customer Service experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians on scheduling and make outgoing calls to customers to promote our products and services.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

• Keeping the customer at the centre of your thinking by taking responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction, loyalty and responding to customer queries related to their bookings in an effective manner.
• Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
• Demonstrate experience in customer service, including the ability to display empathy and active listening skills. Provide a high level of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy while scheduling appointments for residential customers
• Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently.
• Ability to multi-task and attend to ad-hoc jobs as and when they arise
• Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for field technicians.
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience working in call centre or internal sales environments (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales
• Capable of working with multiple web-based data-bases and email programs. Experience in Microsoft suite is desirable.
• Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
• Able to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues.
• Professional, reliable and punctual.
• Accurately enter data into systems.
