We are seeking an engaging Senior Sales Consultant/2IC to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Osborne Park Clearance Showroom. This is a permanent part-time role working 34 hours a week/ 7 hours a day. About you: Proven track record of working with sales targets in high-end retail environments Have a genuine interest in people and enjoy engaging with customers Comfortable in committing to work weekends Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills in line with the brand's high-end image About the role: Support Managers in overseeing the daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs. Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
