The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for providing project governance, standardising processes, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives. They oversee project portfolio management, resource allocation, and risk management to drive successful project outcomes.

What does the role look like? 

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among key stakeholders and project teams through memos, work instructions, and formal proposal submissions
• Ensure department documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Track project and department progress to identify potential risks or delays, providing updates to stakeholders through generating status reports
• Support project teams with the creation of project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements including coordination and allocation of project resources
• Support the Executive Manager as required with general administrative duties

• Understanding our strategic objectives to help deliver effective, timely, engaging and relevant communications.
• Developing cohesive communications plans for internal campaigns, events, town halls, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives and more.

• Provide a high-level of support to our partners restaurants
• Understand the partner lifecycle and how the three verticals work together 
• Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure goals are being met across our partner base in the APAC region
• Become a trusted advisor to our partner restaurants by helping them gain the most out of our platform and reach optimum value
• Maintain an expert level understanding of our product and service to clearly communicate the value
• Have a commercially minded approach to nurturing our partner base
• Proactively engage with partners to mitigate churn risk through early assessment of their use of the Quandoo service and product
• Be the voice of our partners to provide internal feedback on how we can improve 

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly pay runs. You will also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the payroll system data in accordance with applicable Federal and State legislation as well as Montu Internal Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing:
  • Accurately process and reconcile employee timesheets and salaries in line with Montu’s contractual obligations and employment legislation.
  • Calculate and process adjustments, including salary increases, bonuses and other compensation components in line with Montu contractual obligations.
  • Calculate and process termination payments within legislative deadlines.
  • Calculate and process expense reimbursements approved through expense system in line with Montu policies.
  • Accurately process third party and legislative deductions and payments in line with Montu legislative obligations.
  • Ensure accurate accruals of leave entitlements, superannuation and other employee benefits in the payroll system.
• Payroll Queries:
  • Address all general payroll queries from employees, providing general guidance on pay interpretation and Montu policy.
  • Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently or escalate to management where appropriate.
• Records and Systems Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the payroll system assuring alignment with the HRIS system by regularly auditing the interface and fixing errors.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all payroll related correspondence and supporting documentation in line with Montu internal controls.
  • Assist in any system maintenance upgrades, testing or implementations.
