About the role:
The ERP Payroll Functional Analyst will oversee and implement comprehensive ERP functional changes through both project initiatives and incremental small-change processes.
In addition, this role will support the S/4 Hana & SuccessFactors Project by offering solution assurance, SAP process expertise, and overall guidance to the System Integrator Vendor.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, specializing in SAP functional consulting or SAP solution support.
Hands-on expertise in SAP HCM sub-modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management, with in-depth knowledge of the employee life cycle, issue resolution, testing, and payroll processes.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and management abilities, with a keen understanding of interpersonal dynamics?capable of effectively achieving outcomes through solid business relationships, team collaboration, supplier partnerships, and self-management of workload and deadlines.
