The Mission:

You’ll be joining a growing, diverse team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. You’ll help foster relationships and deliver excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally, developing long-lasting partnerships, whilst becoming part of the fabric of a fast-moving, innovative company.

With a customer-centric approach, you’ll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you’ll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia, whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.

The Gearbox:

• Be a dedicated point of contact through the life of the auction process, co-ordinate end to-end activities from pre-sales through to post sales ensuring excellent levels of engagement and service throughout the process.
• Communicate and build client relationships to foster long term repeat business.
• Research values of collectable cars, analysing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves.
• Managing the full consignment process with administration tasks including arranging of photography.
• Continually work to build your network and bring in new business opportunities for The Collecting Group.
• Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customers from prospects through to auction close, ensuring records and customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in Collecting Cars external events to help build awareness of the brand.
• Work as part of the wider Collecting Group team, collaborating to support the success of all members

• You have prior experience within a sales based role, successfully delivering against revenue goals.
• You’re proactive and a self starter, you have proven abilities to work independently to source and close sales.
• Open minded and inquisitive – you're adapt to what we do and are constantly looking for opportunities for the company to evolve and grow.
• Adept at negotiating sale terms with customers - you can demonstrate this to us.
• Commercial yet customer-first mindset – we are proud of our excellent customer service that builds our reputation and our member base from word-of-mouth referrals.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to achieve high call volumes.
• The ability to research and absorb information quickly, enabling you to identify suitable vehicles from multiple high-resolution images.
• Attention to detail and an investigative approach.
• Proficiency in with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.

The Pit Stop:

Bligh Street, Sydney. You'll be predominantly based here, our Australian HQ. You'll need full Australian working rights for this position (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this role).

We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams within JDE Australia. This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. The FP&A Specialist will take ownership of marketing related expenditure including budgets, estimations and actual spends, playing a part in decision making by providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations! In this role, you will:

• Partner with our marketing team and oversee the advertising and promotional (A&P) spend
• Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget
• Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding the marketing budget
• Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control
• Drive efficiency through process improvements
• Cover certain assigned month end tasks
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

We’re looking for an Solution Specialist, Analytics to help expand our enterprise and commercial customers’ Procore platform to include our current and future Analytics products, and to ensure they drive the maximum value from them. In this role, you’ll be the product champion for all of Procore’s analytics products and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer purchases and realises business performance gains from their investment. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

As a successful Solution Specialist, you’ll help organizations understand best practices around leveraging analytical product solutions and the many business benefits they can provide. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership. In this role, you’ll leverage your consultative-mindset and knowledge of the construction industry and Procore’s software platform to provide clients with important recommendations on how analytics can help transform all aspects of the construction lifecycle. You’ll partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Engineering, PS, Support, Product, and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology.

What you'll do:

• Function as the Analytics Subject Matter Expert for the account management teams you align with. Work with the Account team to identify Analytics cross-sell opportunities within our existing enterprise customer base.
• Partner with primary Account Manager and CSE on account strategy and product enablement to effectively position and sell our Construction Intelligence product suite, ultimately driving customer attaches to achieve product-specific ARR targets. 
• Work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and churn mitigation opportunities.
• Provide periodic updates to our customers on product capabilities, benefits/use cases, and how that translates into customer value.
• Provide visibility into Analytics performance, forecasts, and attach rates to help sales leadership build a plan for their ARR targets. 
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers.

What we're looking for:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience selling technical products in the past
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
