Our Lysaght business is looking for a Operations Coordinator to lead the Coffs Harbour Production Team based in Coffs Harbour. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this hands-on role, you will be leading and providing guidance to a team of 11 team members at our Coffs Harbour branch. You will support the team in the operations, scheduling, machine operation and maintenance. What you will do:
Reporting into an Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing dedicated executive level of administration support on a day to day basis to the operations team and other Leadership Team members.  You will ensure that on-site, park managers and their teams are fully supported in their roles.  You will also ensure that the management unit is compliant, profitable, and sustainable and achieves business plan objectives through the provision of a high standard of management services, accommodation offerings, activities and associated services.
