As Financial Crime Operations Officer, you will manage customer onboarding, address financial crime escalations, conduct ongoing monitoring and enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD), and take proactive measures to prevent fraud and safeguard CoinJar's customers.

This is a part-time position (Mondays & Tuesdays), offering a hybrid work arrangement between our Melbourne CBD office and your home.

Responsibilities

• Review and conduct KYC and ECDD for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
• Review and action watchlist alerts as and when required.
• Review and action alerts to detect and prevent suspicious activities in accordance with the AML legislation.
• Assist with lodging suspicious matter reports to AUSTRAC.
• Action Financial Crime related escalations from CoinJar Support and the wider CoinJar team.
• Assist the Senior Manager of Financial Crime Operations as necessary.

As our Construction Safety Advisor you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the safety management system for construction projects. In this role you’ll also responsible for undertaking desktop and on-site safety audits and driving safe work practices within our construction projects.

• Develop and maintain construction safety management system procedures and guidance material
• Review and critique external partner project-specific safety management plans and client requirements
• Participate in High Risk workshops with the project management team
• Undertake routine onsite construction inspections to ensure safety issues are appropriately identified, assessed and risks are mitigated
• Complete site inspection reports, including findings and following up on the implementation of corrective actions
• Manage reporting processes for customer projects as well as internal reporting

Position Summary

The role requires card issuing portfolio management experience as well as strong data, communication and program sponsorship expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of the payments industry and international payment networks.  The role will report to the head of the client partnership at Visa and will work collaboratively with the Visa and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular client portfolio reviews including agenda development and data insights/analysis.
• Manage, and drive when needed, the communication of service delivery activities between the client and Visa.
• Use data reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance and support the client to self-service through the Visa Analytics Platform.
• Manage the execution of Visa Loyalty Platform Services (VLPS) facilitated Issuer campaigns for the client, this involves being the conduit between the client and the VLPS team to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage payment volume forecasting and alignment of the regular portfolio-level forecast with the client. Understand and resolve any misalignment.
• Ensure team compliance with internal client relationship management processes, procedures, and tools.
