Role Purpose:

The Platform Operations teams are responsible for the support, reliability, and stability of Epsilon Retail Media production systems, environments, and offerings. The team owns the reliability vision for the company, driving continuous improvement through a combination of development and operations initiatives as well as process excellence. The team has full solid-line responsibility for operations including the deployment, management, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and repair of production systems. Core to the success of the role is to provide a premium customer support experience focused on a “centre of excellence” that allows for a full-service delivery support cycle.

The Platform Operations teams are responsible for supporting all retailers once they are live. Critically important is how this team collaborates and liaises with other teams such as Customer Support, Technical Account Management, Engineering and Customer Success teams.

This role is responsible for upholding the reliability vision and acts as the conduit and diplomat, balancing the needs of delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure production stability while new products, features, updates, and fixes can be released quickly by delivery teams. The role is responsible for making sure that the products and services function flawlessly in an ongoing operational sense, handling the increasing customer demands. 

The Platform Operations Engineer works closely with the Engineering team to ensure ongoing system stability and supports the Technical Account Managers from an environment's perspective. This role is part of the team responsible for keeping services available 24/7/365 a year, as Epsilons success depends heavily on uptime, availability, and reliability of services while scaling and rapid feature delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Uphold operational practices and ensure we design, implement, and operate a support model that is fit for purpose for our future.

• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability.
• Provide insight and expertise on how customers will perceive the changes or impacts to customers to drive customer organisation change management and communication.
• Work with the wider Engineering, Product, Delivery and Security teams to ensure that appropriate attention is given to production/system reliability for our customers.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met to the best of your ability, with particular focus on first level response times, escalation paths and resolution times.
• Support Technical Account Managers, Client Success Managers and other key stakeholders assigned to customer accounts to provide superior customer service.

About the Role:

As the Field Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our soil coring and sample management services, playing a crucial role in our CO2 sequestration initiatives within cropping systems.

This position is central to ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations across our carbon project sites. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, procurement, contractor management, and maintaining stringent safety and compliance standards.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who excels in planning and coordination, thrives in a regulated environment, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on in the field when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Expansion: Lead the expansion of Loam’s soil coring operations, including managing contract coring services.
• Safety Leadership: Enforce and audit safety protocols, addressing any concerns to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resource Management: Oversee the dispatch of personnel, contractors, equipment, and products to farm locations nationwide.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and refine procedures to enhance project tracking, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in on-farm carbon sequestration operations, including weather and regulations.
• Equipment Oversight: Manage regular equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Budgeting and Procurement: Oversee budgeting, procurement, and quality control processes to align with project goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards, both internally and with contractors.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess project outcomes and implement innovative solutions for greater efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team, contractors, and lab partners to ensure soil sample efficacy and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead a small, dedicated team, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and timelines.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Wellbeing Initiatives: Implement strategies to support the wellbeing of the team and the work they do.

• Experience in procurement and contract management processes.
• Field operations experience, such as soil coring, is highly desirable.
• Background in agricultural operations or project engineering is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in negotiation and partnership development.
• Ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing robust workplace health and safety settings.
• Demonstrated ability in leading teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of Australian carbon regulations is a significant advantage.

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, our Social Media Advisor will be an integral part of our growing, best-in-class shareholder engagement, marketing and communications team. Through social media content, newsletters and digital marketing, the team is essential to Wilson Asset Management’s strategy. Our goal is to establish a market-leading online presence that reflects our strong heritage and to make a positive difference to shareholders and the community. 

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, with the goal of enhancing the online presence of Wilson Asset Management, building the profiles of our Chairman and investment team, growing the awareness of our brand, products and events, and driving shareholder acquisition and retention.  

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to support our business goals with measurable KPIs. 

• Develop a social media calendar in coordination with the Corporate Affairs and Marketing team. 

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance our online presence and stay ahead of competitors. 

• Create, curate and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. 

• Monitor comments and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting and performance analysis. 

• Collaborate with internal teams, including the finance, investment and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. 

• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise engagement and growth. 

Our Ideal Candidates  

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field. 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Social Media Advisor or in a similar strategic role, preferably within the financial services or funds management industry. 

• A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices, and will the ability to translate Wilson Asset Management’s investment insights into compelling and timely digital content.     

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in social media advertising and paid campaigns. 

• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

• Strong understanding of analytics tools and content management systems.   

• Experience in crisis management and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• The ability to share our content in engaging ways, both in text and visually.
