Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is high by providing quality services delivered to customers in accordance with contracts. This role provides a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels.

The Role
In your role as the Business Development Executive - APAC, you will be instrumental in driving incremental business for Pepperstone, focusing specifically on the APAC Region. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new partners, such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), MAMM, and Trading-related Social influencers in the APAC Region.
