Knowledge of the systems and technologies which this role will support including: ServiceNow
Ability to program in JavaScript.
Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML.
Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS.
Experience in flow designer.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow including integration hub.
Experience in ServiceNow service portal.
Experience working on technology enabled projects using Software as a Service (Saas) solutions.
ServiceNow code/configuration migration from one environment to another using update sets.
Recognised ServiceNow certification.
Functional understanding of the following application:

JIRA
Confluence
Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint



Desirable :

Knowledge of ServiceNow (Procurement Service Management)
Working as part of a geographically dispersed team
Functional understanding of the following applications:

Coupa's Risk Assess
SAP Ariba


Web development tools and techniques such as .NET and AJAX.
AWS fundamental knowledge.
Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications
