Dental 99 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Clinical Coordinator to join our team in our Monash location. Patient care is our priority which is why our coordinators are called a patient concierge. and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures

• Previous experience working in a customer service or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a warm and professional manner
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including patient record management systems

About the Role 
We’re seeking a motivated “doer” to take ownership of day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, with a focus on both execution and analysis. From vendor management and warehouse systems to transport processes and data-driven insights, this role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist the Supply Chain team managing end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. 

• Maintain strong relationships with vendor-operated environments, optimizing performance. 

• Operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and transport processes. 

• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to align supply chain operations with omni-channel strategies. 

• Provide insights and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies across the supply chain. 

• Leverage Cin7 or similar inventory management tools to streamline supply chain activities. 

• Coordinate logistics activities, including order fulfillment, tracking, and issue resolution. 

You’re a hands-on logistics professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You excel in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results.  

What You’ll Bring 

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a vendor-operated environment. 

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and transport logistics. 

• Experience operating in an omni-channel environment, with eCommerce experience highly regarded. 

• Proficiency with Cin7 or similar inventory management software is a plus. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights from data. 

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities. 

• A proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
