Task & Responsibilities Monitoring and managing detailed client information through profiles, which includes analyzing client needs, tracking service delivery performance, and ensuring that client contact data, service history, and preferences are complete and organized for easy reference and follow-up. Creating contractor manuals, collecting relevant information to establish guidelines and support effective team performance. Monitoring team performance with special emphasis in core KPIs, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Organising 1:1 meetings to assist team members to understand and follow ReadOak best practices. Managing and organizing information on the company’s website, content creation, and social media to improve accessibility of information for clients and ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date. Developing service procedure manuals, including gathering and organizing information to standardize and improve service delivery processes. Review complaints data, low satisfaction surveys and perform root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and suggest corrective actions. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors and market shifts. Providing strategic advice on policy, business methods, and organization, based on data interpretation to improve service efficiency and support company objectives. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment in a closely related role. Demonstrated expertise in information and records management. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse user base with varying skill levels. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive, flexible, and positive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
