Legal Counsel - Litigation

We will count on you to:
- Assisting with contentious matters, subpoena responses, document reviews, matter management, opinions, client complaints; regulatory complaints, regulatory advice
- Assisting other lawyers in the team
- Reviewing and drafting responses to client complaints
- Managing outside counsel, including spend management and invoicing
- Assisting with development and scheduling of training
- Legal Research
- Liaison with external counsel and other service providers
- Preparing reports and managing registers
- Document management
- General legal duties such as having agreements signed by Directors and distributing appropriate papers
- Other tasks as directed
What you need to have:
- A law degree and qualified as a Solicitor
- Pro-active and highly organised
- Thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately to meet multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of writing and communication skills
- Ability to draft and edit concisely
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
