Duties

• Providing remote service desk support to a variety of environments from 10 - 500 users, as a point of escalation and SME
• Supporting a combination of servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD and M365 environments
• Delivering the support of Azure Intra, Hyper-V (but not V-Ware :( and Citrix cloud infrastructure
• Performing a wide variety of support across many technologies
• Occasional project team work to deploy solutions for customers

• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure and Exchange

Role

In this role you will:

• Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Adelaide
• Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions
• Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment
• Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas
• Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments
• Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with your generalist networking skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.
• Great attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider. (Desired)
• Must have vehicle and full drivers license. (Mandatory)
