As the Major Incident and Problem Manager, you will lead and oversee the resolution of major IT incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of critical platforms, products, and services. • Lead the strategic coordination of responses to major IT incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and communication with all stakeholders.

• Oversee incident bridges, providing guidance and leadership to technical teams and business stakeholders throughout critical incidents.

• Act as the key escalation point for all major incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Conduct comprehensive post-incident reviews, documenting lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.

• Align incident management strategies with business objectives and IT service management functions.

• Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues, ensuring thorough post-incident reviews and problem-solving efforts.

• Ensure problems are logged, tracked, and remediated effectively, working closely with service owners and technical teams.

• Maintain oversight of the Problem Management database, ensuring all issues are well-documented and resolved.

• Drive proactive problem management by identifying systemic issues and preventing future incidents.

• Contribute to the continual improvement of Major Incident and Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

• Ensure the customer is at the centre of decision making within Endeavour Group through the provision of compelling data-led insights.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in merchandise and marketing to address customer challenges and stay ahead in the evolving Liquor retail landscape and co-develop category strategy.
• Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders on optimising customer experience and driving innovation within the Liquor category across range, experience, innovation and other category based initiatives.
• Use data to explain business performance, identify challenges and opportunities and provide recommendations to drive growth.
• Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Reporting.
• Work with teams outside of Merchandising (e.g. Format Development, EDX, Customer Insights, BWS and Dan Murphy’s, etc) to deliver insights that inform business processes and deliver consistency of insight across the business. (e.g. retail brand reporting, new store insights, trade planning, etc.)
• Understand the impact of macro trends on customer behaviour and predict customer trends in drinks.

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst – Financial Planning &  Analysis to join the BWS Finance team. The primary purpose of the Senior Finance Analyst role is to  play an integral role in the annual budget process and monthly forecast cycles, whilst creating  analysis and tracking of performance, and maintaining the integrity of the financial data that the  business uses to make key commercial decisions.

We are looking for someone who has strong data  analysis and modelling skills to be able to analyse and summarise high volumes of data, strong  presentation skills and communication skills and most importantly are highly analytical and has  excellent attention to detail. If you are curious, and constantly seeking to grow and learn, believe yourself to be adaptable and confident enough to present to a broad and senior stakeholder base,  then this could be the role for you.

• Support the preparation and submission of the annual budget and forecast, including ensuring  they are understood and owned

Enterprise Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise architecture for our team technology- the technology that enables the employees of Endeavour Group on their everyday- right from Recruitment to Services, Stores and Venues. • Be a key contributor to the Architecture peer group supporting Team Technology Tower in Group IT with their strategy and roadmap 
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture focussing on(but not limited to) the Team - People & Culture, Retail Stores Operations, Venue Operations and team services encompassing business, information, application, and technology domains.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their objectives and ensure that technology strategies align with the goals.
• Work together with Group Solution managers and business leaders to create and manage the roadmap that outlines the evolution of technology solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Work closely with Solution, Data, Technical architects to provide architectural guidance for projects and initiatives, ensuring that solutions are designed to be scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Work closely with Team Technology teams, business units, and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration on architecture-related matters.
