The Role

We’re looking for an all-in YouTube Producer who can:

• Organize production schedules for multiple editors across multiple timezones.
• Schedule edit notes and give constant feedback for content that goes out daily

• THE MINIMUM: Own, run, manage, and execute all facets of producing 4-8+ Long Form videos/month + 30-40 short-form videos a month. Running the team, managing schedules, and focusing in on getting sh*t done.
• NEED: Expert in all things YouTube production. You live in the YouTube Studio, you can read a retention chart, and know what’s trending, how to decipher CTR/AVD, and how to implement lessons learned into new content.
• MUST: An EXPERT in shooting and producing videos on iOS and Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or any other main camera systems.
