• Monitor security alerts, review and triage security tickets, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in investigating and resolving security incidents in collaboration with the IT and service teams.
• Support the implementation of security controls, tools, and processes across the organisation.
• Provide support across a variety of security products including email security, end point, web filtering.
• Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries from staff and other departments.
• Contribute to maintaining and updating documentation for security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assisting with both scheduled and unscheduled security assurance activities to test the effectiveness of security controls (e.g. Internal audits, security control testing, incident response exercises).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MEP Senior Cost Manager, to join our busy Real Estate team in our Melbourne office. Supporting our Developer, Occupier, Governmental, Health, Education and Tech clients to deliver complicated projects. 

The individual must be self-motivated and Client facing (both internal & external) with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients. This will involve establishing early budgets, early estimating, and cost planning, managing a design team to the budget, tendering and procurement (single and two stage) and post contract reporting to the Client. 

A good knowledge of MEP systems and supply chain is fundamental with the ability to work both collaboratively but robustly with any main contractor and their MEP supply chain.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Commission Management, to include the following, either as part of a larger project or leading an MEP direct commission:

• Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to internal & external clients
• Tendering (single and two stage) and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
• Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place
• Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Inputting into value engineering
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Where appropriate, leading a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities

· Organize and schedule meetings, set up equipment, manage agendas, and assist with presentations for conferences and internal meetings.

· Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events, serving as the primary coordinator for internal and client events, including catering requirements.

· Manage expenses and invoices, assist with project cost planning, and provide weekly debtors reporting.

· Support business reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as project reporting.

· Assist with project setup in Workbench and manage project cost planner setup and weekly updates.

We have a great opportunity for a Distribution Lead within our Polymers business to manage activities and requirements with our suppliers and 3PL partners, to ensure customer needs are met within our growing market.  You will coordinate the Polymers business’ supply chain activities relating to the transport, receiving, storage, repackaging and delivery of our portfolio of domestically manufactured and imported products.

You will make commercially driven decisions to optimise activities and liaise with Sales and Planning to achieve optimal results in a high paced environment.   You will manage 3PL relationships and activities including storage, repacking, and distribution of all Viva polymer products across Australia, NZ and for Exports to achieve safe, reliable, and cost competitive delivery to customers.  Through data and collaboration, you will drive fit for purpose operational solutions which underpin our CVP in market.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Maintain and drive a safety obsessed culture with our 3PL providers
• Build relationships and manage day to day coordination of activities with 3PL’s including KPI and service level monitoring, management and reporting.
• Drive cost efficiencies through identification, development and execution of business improvement initiatives
• Manage domestic container fleet to optimise stock rotation, and the unpacking of import containers to minimise detention costs
• Manage & coordinate repacking/resizing and interstate transfers of stock to balance costs versus customer needs.
• Work with Customer Service, Sales and Suppliers for urgent delivery management and prioritisation of activities
• Ensure successful onboarding/first delivery of new customers
• Manage the export stock and interstate/NZ distribution of polymers with 3PLs
• Develop and manage internal reporting to deliver insights and identify opportunities for improvement
