BenefitsTask & Responsibilities • Craft a variety of premium pastries, desserts, and breads with a focus on traditional Italian recipes and innovative flavors, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of taste and presentation. • Carefully measure, mix, and prepare ingredients by hand or using specialized tools, following precise recipes to achieve consistency and quality. • Shape, roll, and cut doughs and pastries with skill and precision, preparing them for baking and assembling with house-made fillings, glazes, and icings. • Operate and maintain baking tools and equipment, such as ovens and mixers, adjusting for small-batch production to ensure optimal results. • Monitor the quality of raw ingredients and finished products, conducting regular checks to uphold freshness, flavor, and visual appeal. • Apply artisanal techniques to prepare and decorate pastries, ensuring that every item reflects the care and creativity that goes into its creation. • Coordinate the baking process with a focus on detail, managing each stage from preparation to cooling with attention to individual products. • Maintain an organized and clean kitchen environment, upholding food safety and hygiene standards in line with artisanal practices. • Collaborate with the team to develop new pastry ideas, contributing creativity and passion for expanding the product range. • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and excellence in pastry-making.
