Advanced skill and competence in one or more key areas of clinical occupational therapy and a sound foundation of knowledge in all clinical specialties offered at Northern Beaches Hospital
Demonstrated skills and experience leading and managing an Occupational Therapy team across a broad range of duties and responsibilities.
Establish and maintain partnerships within the multidisciplinary team using high level interpersonal skills to make shared decisions that meet the needs of the consumers, carers and families
Experience in development and/or implementation of new systems/practices according to the needs of the service and its patients, according to evidence based best practice guidelines
Experience and knowledge of human resource management, budget and KPIs and health fund and casemix funding models
Knowledge of the private hospital sector
Practical use of IT systems, and data analysis skills
Demonstrated clinical experience supervising staff, students and team performance Benefits on offer:
