Public Sector People have partnered with a council in the western suburbs and would like to offer you the opportunity to work within their Leisure Facility.
You will be providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support for Leisure Centres and Indoor Stadiums.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information about Leisure Centres programs, events, services, and facilities to both internal and external customers.
Provide administrative support to the Leisure Centres team. This will include collecting and mailing correspondence, handling customer inquiries, maintaining databases and registers, preparing relevant reports, and processing cash sales.
Take all booking enquiries for hireable space within the Indoor Stadiums.
Key Criteria:
Face to face and telephone customer service.
Experience working within a leisure facility or within Local Council
Cash handling experience
A current police check and Working with Children Check are required, or candidates must be willing to
