The Marketing Manager for Valuation & Advisory Services, Strategic Advisory, Healthcare & Retirement Living Transactions is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of the National portfolio’s marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the broader team, this role will ensure a consistent, timely and strategic approach is taken to all brand and marketing campaigns. This will include, but not be limited to, developing & reporting on a client engagement strategy, preparing high quality submissions and client presentations, internal and external communications, and developing digital collateral such as video, webinar, email, and social media content.

Some of the key responsibilities include the following:

• Develop and execute an annual national marketing plan incorporating digital and client engagement.
• Preparation and coordination of client presentations, submissions, and marketing campaign support.
• Build the senior leaders' profiles, aligned to their unique, specialised personal brand.
• Design and coordinate national lead generation campaigns and develop relevant ROI metrics to measure the success of each campaign and ensure that they are consistently improved upon, cementing our position as industry leaders.
• Support our APAC Client Engagement strategy and work with our Asia based marketing team.
• Act as the custodian of the portfolio content on colliers.com.au and regularly review and update this info. In addition, look to develop other digital initiatives to help the team deliver content and promote themselves to key clients.
• Master all marketing platforms for the portfolio and assist administration staff with ongoing training and support to drive a best-in-class sales and marketing culture.
• Project manage and produce high end proposals / submissions which includes the coordination and formatting of marketing materials, particularly information pertaining to the team’s track record and point of difference.
• Deliver memorable services to all internal clients and external contents.

You will be working with a team of multi-disciplinary graphic designers and artists to produce infographics and artwork for digital and print.

You’ll collaborate with teams across all sections of the newsroom, executing polished designs to illustrate news stories and creating promotional content to support the website, socials, events and podcasts.

Day to day you will:

• Translate complex financial data, business concepts and statistics into engaging graphics, including: charts, tables, maps, infographics, and timelines
• Produce creative artwork to illustrate stories, including vector and photo illustrations
• Present data in a way that is engaging, easily absorbed, and accurately portrayed
• Execute a range of projects simultaneously across digital and print mediums including website, social media, podcasts, newsletters and daily newspaper edition
• Work effectively with the wider editorial team to ensure graphics are delivered on time and are relevant and effective to the target audience

This position involves shift work that may occur on weekends, public holidays and at night with paid weekend and night loading.

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Client & Planning Executive, you'll be managing the coordination and operations of campaigns across all mediums, and providing accurate reporting and buying/planning services.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee the client relationship as the key contact for any campaign issues or queries 
• Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and media post analysis is completed weekly
• Attend all internal briefings and providing updates to the Planning Team 
• Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media owners
• Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels
• Responsible for reporting accuracy and timely delivery of reporting
• Managing WIPs with the broader team on client updates 

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of relevant media planning/buying experience within the industry 
• Experience working across either offline and digital media channels
• Competent in the various media processes, tools, and fundamentals
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts
• Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen Answers
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks 
• Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficiently

An exciting and fast paced opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Television Finance team at Nine.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Reporting & Planning, you will be pivotal in delivering the financial results, forecasts & budget for Television Finance and will collaborate closely with the Television Finance, Group and Planning teams in the achievement of the finance objectives at Nine.

Day to day you will:

• Work closely with the different teams within the TV finance function across Local Productions, News & Current Affairs, Sport and Broadcast Operations to deliver financial results and forecasts
• Perform the Television Revenue reconciliation and program revenue analytics, understanding the key drivers of revenue 
• Assist in the annual budget process and consolidation of the Total TV budget deliverables, 5YP target tracking and CFO reporting requirements
• Manage network P&L items including defamation, annual & long service leave, and statutory licenses
• Have ownership of the TV associates accounting and forecasting, including analysis of their results and liaising with the external finance teams
• Collaborate for the ongoing maintenance of the consolidated TV P&L and Balance Sheets and team deliverables to Group Head Office
