Reporting into the Head of Marketing - Leafio, the Brand Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the brand strategy for our Leafio channel.

With a background in pharmaceutical marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and delivery of marketing  initiatives with a direct impact on growth.

The role requires someone with exceptional project management skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Key areas of responsibility include acquisition and retention campaigns, clinical education, brand development, product launches, event management and consistently measuring impact.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:

• Develop and implement strategic brand plans that positions Leafio as a best-in-class, trusted leader in pharmaceutical wholesaling.  Aligning with business goals and enhancing market position. 

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use insights to inform brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Develop, maintain and enforce brand guidelines to preserve brand integrity.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and channels. 

• Identify growth opportunities for Leafio.

• Crafting clear and compelling brand messaging and unique value proposition to ensure competitiveness in-market.

• Work closely with category, commercial, sales, and creative teams to integrate brand messaging into all aspects of Leafio marketing and communications.

• Responsible for communicating our brand's unique value proposition, acting as the brand champion, overseeing its successful application both within and outside the organisation. 

Campaign Management:

• End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, webinar, podcast  and events, targeting a pharmacy audience.  

• Brief external agencies where required.  

Project Management:

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Adhere to project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Escalate any potential roadblocks or challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project stakeholders, ensuring they are well informed of project status and updates. 

Marketing Collateral Creation:

• Work with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials including eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets, merchandise, and conference tradeshow booths.

• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all communications and collateral across the Leafio channel.

Content Creation:

• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, collaborating with internal & external experts to create compelling content that showcases Leafio’s expertise. 

• Work with internal training team & SAGED platform to optimise content targeted at Pharmacies and drive value to Leafio’s offering. 

• Develop and maintain all pharmacy marketing and educational tools and documents.

• Brief content writers and ensure content delivered is aligned to brand tone of voice and resonates with the audience.

Product Strategy:

• Work with the Category team to understand their supplier strategy/ other product brands and align on activities to meet their KPI’s and overall business goals.

• Ensure supplier product assets meet Leafio branded guidelines.

• Increase margin share of Montu products across our customers by implementing activities that drive awareness, education and sales.

Event Management:

• Identify event opportunities and project manage events with the Marketing Coordinator.

• Provide brand support for all events.

• Measure success of brand/product related events.

Reporting & Regulations:

• Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise brand strategy and drive continuous improvement.

• Adhere to TGA regulations regarding the responsible marketing of medicines.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Deliver on individual and set departmental OKR and KPI’s as determined from time to time.

In this full cycle sales role, It’s all about a “land and expand” approach amongst enterprise-grade organizations. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll oversee 10 to 20 existing customer accounts. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships and expanding partnerships. What you will be focusing on as an Account Executive 

• Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally dispersed accounts across ANZ both virtually and face to face. 
• Responsible for a sales territory of 10-20 customers, 100 prospects, up to 150 total accounts. 
• Drive new logo customers, focusing on landing and expanding Dynatrace usage via creative value based outreach. 
• Consult with Technology Leaders and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace relative to the competition. 
• Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events and account/industry specific initiatives. 
• Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure Dynatrace can be sold broadly and effectively. 
• Work collaboratively with assigned SDR/BDR to drive pipeline and new opportunity generation within your named account list.  
• Work closely with Dynatrace functional areas such as SDR, sales engineering, post sales, marketing, legal, finance and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs. 
• Ensure your customers’ implementations are wildly successful. 

We’re seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to join Procore’s Technical Marketing team as a groundbreaking leader supporting Go To Market (GTM) in the APAC region. In Technical Marketing we are building a new function to enable our sales organisation with deep product knowledge and to build content, tools, and templates that drive market awareness and adoption of our solutions. 

As a Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) you are a primary expert in your assigned functional product area and a strategic partner and leader in driving field awareness. The TMM ensures that sales and customer success are fully equipped to sell the Procore platform. A superstar TMM is passionate about supporting fellow Procorians and collaborates closely with colleagues in product marketing, product management, and sales. 

The Technical Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility in the APAC region includes running the successful delivery of field readiness programs. As a true subject matter expert and conduit to Product Management, you play a key role in driving both strategic and tactical product direction within the Procore ecosystem.

Technical Marketing Managers provide functional and technical expertise and leadership to the field through the following programs:

• Product Content 
• Knowledge Sharing Sessions
• Product Release Update Programs
• Procore Groundbreak and construction industry events
• Next Level Webinars for new products and solution investment areas

This role is Sydney based and reports into the Director of Technical Marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Create powerful story narratives that visually communicate the value of Procore products and platform to employees and customers in APAC, such as videos, screenshots, demos, or webinars. 
• Configure and stage product instances to bring value based use cases to life.
• Lead field readiness efforts for new product features, new SKU’s, product investments and acquisitions to build knowledge and confidence in the Procore platform.
• Engage with Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning strategic and tactical planning for Procore solutions.
• Assess the needs for new region specific content, tools, templates, project plans, training and methodology documentation
• Work with the sales and customer success ecosystem to identify gaps in Procore solution knowledge and develop strategies to close those gaps
• Keep the sales and customer success ecosystem up-to-date on new features and appropriately communicate impact to customers and project resources

What we’re looking for:

• Three or more years of experience in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, or similar relevant experience required
• Presentation Skills: background in presenting, facilitating and creating presentation materials on a large scale with multiple audience types, including delivery in live, virtual, classroom, and recorded environments.
• Production Skills: Strong writing, video, photo editing, and/or demo creation experience.
• Experience working across an organization representing the interests of customers, sales, and customer success
• Experience leading change for a product area within a matrixed team/organization
• A deep connection to the construction industry and or the con-tech landscape is a plus
• Desire to grow and develop into new product areas and the broader Procore platform
• Ability to travel up 20% of the time
