The Cloud Platform Specialist is primarily responsible for the management of the Datacom Cloud with a relentless focus on continuous improvement of cloud operations and associated delivery leveraging agile methodologies. The role will deliver a professional technical engineer with responsibilities across a broad range of technologies. They maintain knowledge of the technologies deployed as well as up to date professional certifications to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. What you’ll do

At the moment, as Cloud Platform Specialist you will be focused on delivering technical solutions for clients utilising the Azure platform, managing operational Azure environments, and providing technical solutions with a focus on automation whilst ensuring strong relationships with our customers.

What you’ll bring

This is an excellent role for a people person who is passionate about new technologies and producing excellent solutions for our client needs. About you

• Proven experience in customer success or account management
• Experience in the education technology sector (desirable)
• Strong ability to manage relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in managing subscriptions and invoices
• Ability to identify and mitigate client risks
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with CRM systems and data hygiene

We're looking for an experienced Head of Customer to lead our Customer Support function at Eva. Having recently launched our showroom in Melbourne (186 Faraday St, Carlton), this newly created role will own and streamline our online and offline customer experience. You will have three direct reports:

1. 2x Senior Customer Support/Team Leads (online)
2. Showroom Manager (offline)

Success in this role looks like:

• Overall responsibility for Customer Support department, ensuring a consistent and on-brand online and offline customer experience
• Work with Senior Support Leads and Showroom Manager to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries; that performance metrics and targets are met; and quality assurance is maintained.
• Recruit, lead and coach teams to achieve and exceed performance goals and targets (including NPS, CSAT etc).
• Foster a positive and supportive work culture through regular meetings, feedback, and training programs.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure operational elements of the customer experience is streamlined, and there is optimal planning and forecasting to meet customer needs 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns across both retail and ecommerce channels.
• Analyse, optimise and implement strategies, processes, and technology to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, such as process automation, resource optimisation, and lean management techniques to deliver best-in-class customer support.
• Monitor and analyse customer feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement and communicate trends and front-line feedback to senior management 
• Regular reporting to monitor team efficiency, SLAs and overall customer service.

• 5-8 years experience in a similar leadership role, and/or call centre operations
• Proven leader with excellent communication skills and practices
• Analytical, logical and a natural problem solver
• Great coach, advisor and mentor to inspire a team of people towards a common goal
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading with a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Proficiency with Shopify, Zendesk, Monday.com and/or similar programs
• Bonus points if you've had experience in start ups, ecommerce and omni-channel retail.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and develop our in-house marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness, conversion, and engagement. This is the perfect role for someone who has a strong background in paid strategy, ecommerce and retail to work hand-in-hand with a stellar team.

What’s the day to day like?  

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy to ensure alignment between brand strategy, trade and business growth goals 
• Manage the development, planning and execution of all marketing activity including sales activities, product launches and brand campaigns across all paid, organic and owned channels to produce high-quality and on-brand marketing.
• Work with Senior Content Manager to align content contributors including partners, PR, media & production for marketing initiatives and develop key campaign messaging that will work across all placements and channels 
• Manage and own relationships with agencies and suppliers to support marketing planning, execution, and optimisations to execute the marketing strategy (inclusive of SEO, CRO, Performance).
• Track, analyse and report on digital marketing, brand and website and consumer performance, in addition to monthly and quarterly reporting on strategies, projects and performance to relevant stakeholders 
• Work with internal teams to manage the website including SEO optimisation, blog publishing and merchandising in addition to optimising email marketing campaigns, automation and flows. 
• Oversee all marketing spend ensuring it stays within targets and report on effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the brand continues to elevate in the industry, valuing brand recognition and growth aligned with the marketing and business objectives
• Working closely with demand planning teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment including ordering of inventory
• Align cross functional teams on strategy, plans and activity from conception to execution and ensure workflows are streamlined, optimised and efficient between teams. 

• Minimum 5 years experience managing a Digital Marketing team
• Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Strong Digital Marketing experience in Paid and Organic
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Strong analytical and strategic marketing ability
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in a similar industry is advantageous
