Enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of products for leading brands. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating, building, and maintaining quality point of sale displays in store
• Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands
• Reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App

Successful candidate requirements:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities 

• Building strong relationships with existing portfolio of clients 

• Analysing industry data with up-to-date market trends 

• Preparation and presentation of sales to clients and sales department 

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain best outcomes for our clients 

• Having an in-depth understanding of Vulcan services in order to cross sell 

• Experience with B2B sales or steel manufacturing background wanting to get into sales 

• Sound communication and negotiation skills 

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets 

• Intermediate computer skills

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled content creator with experience writing, editing and shooting videos for social channels, to join our in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute creative advertising assets that support our digital channels including Meta, Tiktok and Youtube
• Identify, create and source compelling customer stories and testimonials that support our marketing and performance communications
• Collaborate with our creative and performance teams on creative briefs and performance content calendar
• Write scripts, shoot and edit social-led video executions that are on brand
• Work with our in-house creative team (including designers, producer and editor) to create and produce high-quality video and static content
• Support on ideation and optimisation of content partnerships
• Apply data and insights to optimise and drive high-growth advertising; investigate, articulate and apply Lyka customer learnings and insights to ideas
• Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace

• 3+ years’ experience in creative advertising or direct to consumer space, working across a diverse range of media
• Experience and proven results in creating high-performance content across social platforms including Meta, Tiktok and Youtube
• Proficient understanding of performance marketing channels, social platform best practices, and user acquisition
• Proficient use of relevant tools such as Notion, Figma, Adobe, relevant video editing platforms
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting, collaborative nature
• Adaptive and innovative mindset, with a keen sense to test and learn winning creatives
