About the role: ACC?s Agribusiness operations consists of 3 Feedlots, 9 cattle breeding & backgrounding properties and 2 farming operations across Queensland with approximately 200 full-time staff. This full-time role, based at our Roma office, reports to the Agribusiness People & Culture Manager and will enjoy working alongside our livestock, commercial, safety & compliance teams in Roma as well as support from Head Office teams in Cannon Hill, Brisbane.
The position offers loads of variety in providing support and assistance to our Station, Feedlot & Farming managers and employees at all stages of the employment lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, training & development, employee engagement, industrial relations and offboarding.
