About the role

• Team Global Express is currently seeking a HC Driver to commence immediately at our Cairns Depot (Woree QLD).

• This is a Full Time Permanent role, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week

• Overtime will be offered in this role on a need by need basis

• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

• You must hold a current HC license (or higher). You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy

• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks

• Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position

What you’ll bring

• You will hold a Current & Valid HC License or Higher

• You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously

• You must have excellent punctuality and the ability to complete deliveries in a timely manner

About the role

• Team Global Express is seeking a Van / Delivery Driver to commence immediately in Toowoomba

• This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday to Friday, 7.6 hours * 5 days per week

• Overtime will be offered on a need by need basis

• Complete deliveries and pick ups using our fleet of vans

• Complete deliveries promptly and according to time frames

• You must hold a current open C Class (or higher). You must be able to operate a combination of manual and automatic vehicles.

• Keeping our vans clean and in maintainable condition at all times, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy

About the role:

You will support and develop a large team of passionate community workers who provide a wide range of in-home care services to the elderly around the Sunshine Coast.Gympie and Wide Bay area.

Team Leaders provide coaching, ongoing support, and direction to a geographically dispersed team with the goal of achieving exceptional customer service. You will be the daily point of contact for your team, and also conduct interviews and inductions for new care workers, manage team and individual performance and drive safety initiatives. 

You will also manage payroll and other admin tasks, ensure compliance targets are met and handle customer escalations with support from the management team.

Other role requirements:

• Coaching, leadership and direction to the team to achieve exceptional customer service for our valued elderly customers.
• Experience with developing staff at all stages including recruitment, induction, buddy runs, and actively support safety and well-being initiatives. 
• Strong administrative skills and time management - there is a degree of admin related tasks (e.g. payroll, timesheets, invoices etc) 
• Skills in mentoring your team to drive positive change and ensure compliance is maintained throughout the team.
• High-level interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate across all levels.
• A strong commitment to team-work. We work with multiple departments and collaboration is key!
• Comfortable working autonomously from home and out in the field with your team, doing 1-1's, group meetings and in-field assessments.
• Working on Central Desk, answering calls from field workers around the country, offering first call resolution.

About you:

• Proven experience managing a large team (40+) within the call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Previous experience within the Community/Aged Care industry would be great but not essential.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with a strong ability to have difficult conversations and get the best from people.
• Strong time management, prioritization and initiative are essential.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership plus Training and Assessment are desirable.

About the On Site Representative Role:

As an On-Site Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations of the distribution fleet, that’s operating out of one of our customers premises. In addition, you’ll also be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination, loading, sorting and preparation of stock to be forwarded. You will act as the key point of contact for the customer and their stakeholders, providing them excellent customer service and managing queries.

What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):

• Ensure all deliveries are collected and delivered within dedicated timeframes
• Ensure any delays or deviations are communicated as soon as possible to the customer
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with load restraint and all or COR responsibilities
• Accurately manage pallet exchanges and transfers daily to ensure reconciliation
• Work closely with customer staff to develop efficiencies, meet KPI’s and improve customer relations
• Communicate any operational problems to the Operational Services Manager as soon as they are identified

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (as described above). You may also have had experience as a Fleet Supervisor and/or allocator, very transferrable skill-sets for this position
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced/pressurised environment
• Exceptional delegation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• A ‘continuous improvement’ mindset, with great attention to detail

Role: Patient Services Assistant

Reports to (position): Dialysis Clinic Manager

• To provide support to the nursing staff in the dialysis clinic by performing non-clinical duties relating to direct and indirect patient care.
• Functions as a team member, promoting the values, missions and goals of the clinic and company, constantly working towards their achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
• Ensures cleanliness and neatness of patient’s environment and stock room
• Ensures cleaning of the Isolation rooms is done when required.
• Cleans exterior of dialysis machines, patient chairs and over-bed tables as per policy and procedures
• Assists with basic food preparation and delivery of nutritional requirements to patients as well as assists with meal ordering
• Serves, distributes and collects patient / visitors meals and refreshments
• Arranges patient transport from Dialysis treatment
• Attends to the re-stocking of consumables in the stock room and trolley/s as required for daily operation of the clinic 
• Monitors consumable stores and orders stock as required
• Confirms delivery of stock, checks inventory and documentation
• Performs stocktake when requested
• Maintains Clinic Manager database
• Ensures routine collection and appropriate disposal of linen, rubbish and contaminated waste
• Orders and pack away linen
• Assist in the collection of blood samples by pathology lab, help spin blood before collection 
• Participates in Quality Improvements  activities as required by the Dialysis Clinic Manager
• Ensures/promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the Workplace Health and Safety policy (FMEAU-28).

Effective management of day-to-day operations at NEXTDC’s edge facilities, including the management of facility contractors, overseeing maintenance, supporting customers and ensuing quality delivery of NEXTDC and contracting services.   

As our Facility Manager you’ll be responsible for the effective management of day-to-day operations at NEXTDC’s Sunshine Coast SC1 facility. This will include managing facility staff and contractors, overseeing maintenance and ensuring quality delivery of both NEXTDC and contracting services to our customers.   

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive knowledge of data centres including electrical and mechanical configurations, rack management, telecommunication connectivity, design and installation, with a good understanding of high-density data centre power, cooling approaches and technologies.

We are looking to appoint a professional and dedicated Junior Accountant to our Finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full time basis. Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Assisting with monthly Profit & Loss reporting for a portfolio of properties
• Standard end of month journals including accruals, revenue and reclasses for a portfolio of properties
• Expense allocations across the group
• Monthly Revenue, Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations
• AR Receipting
• Attending to Finance Help Desk queries
• Assisting properties with all finance related queries
• Review reports from our Property Management System and identify any errors requiring correction before EOM

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager / Coordinator to join our Middle East, Asia & Pacific (MEAPAC) Talent & Culture Team.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Vice President – Organisational Effectiveness and Strategy, MEA PAC and the broader T&C team on strategic projects that align to our ambition of becoming a world-class provider of services and support for our Team Members and Hotels.

Initially commencing on a full time 6-month contract, this role will act as the project lead for our administration and process workstreams, supporting the project by setting deadlines, coordinating resources and stakeholders, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the overall program of change whilst producing consistent documentation and templates to support the growth of the MEAPAC region.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities.

· Coordinate and collate policy, procedure, documentation and templates as it pertains to Talent & Culture across our region to establish best practice.

· Creation of consistent forms, templates and branding to ensure one harmonised way of working.

· Drive the digitisation process of forms in collaboration with IT / OneHR team to support optimised processes across the 3 hubs;

· Document and map the processes as it pertains to Talent & Culture across the 3 hubs with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline or optimise as required;

· In collaboration with the Digital T&C solutions team, support the roll out of a SharePoint site including the creation of documentation, training material or content as required;

· Prepare presentations for T&C leadership team to support projects;

As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner. 

Critical to this role is the ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads. 

Please note hours – M-F, 5am-2pm.

As a Vehicle Detailer, you’ll meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the successful daily operation of the location.
