SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team in Perth. 

As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards. 

Your key responsibilities will include:  

• Opening and closing rental agreements  
• Selling additional over the counter rental products  
• Managing reservations and organising fleet 
• Speaking with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer  
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage  
• Delivering vehicles between sites  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The Gig

This role aims to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Healthengine employees and to manage the payment of invoices and expenses incurred by Healthengine, in line with purchasing guidelines. 

This part-time position offers 30 hours per week, working across 4 or 5 days. We’re open to providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for up to 80  employees including superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG and salary sacrifice payments

• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian laws, regulations and awards related to payroll, taxation, superannuation, and other statutory requirements 

• Generating payroll reports as required including end-of-year payroll reporting 

• Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters

• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency through automation or process improvements 

• Maintaining up to date payroll policies and procedures 

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices including matching invoices with purchase orders and other documentation and accurately entering data into the accounting system

• Initiating payments to vendors and suppliers in accordance with payment terms and purchasing policy

• Communicating with suppliers for all accounts payable-related matters

• Processing employee expense reports and employee reimbursements

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Identifying opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs through automation or process improvements

• Maintaining up-to-date accounts payable policies and procedures 

General:

• Providing ad-hoc support to members of the Finance and People Teams 

• Assistance with the preparation of quarterly business activity statements

• Assistance with the preparation of the annual fringe benefits tax return

Experience you’ll bring:

• Experience managing and processing payroll and accounts payable

• 2+ years experience in a similar position

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Thorough understanding of GST and its application to invoice processing

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Infinite Cloud (preferred, though not essential)

You will be responsible for managing the Housekeeping Team from the ground up whose focus will be cleaning of all accommodation rooms at our remote mine site village, along with cleaning of residential and Town facilities.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• You will possess proven leadership skills, have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service in order to meet client standards and is able to prioritise tasks according to the needs of the team and the business 

• We are looking for someone that holds a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace with a strong supervisory background 

• Experience managing teams is essential 

• Previous experience in the Hospitality sector working a similar role for a large hotel or resort is desirable with previous FIFO experience in a similar role is highly sought after

The hybrid broadcast operator role is a multifaceted position that covers a variety of technical and operational responsibilities across multiple areas. This includes overseeing television signal transmissions, managing live crosses, and performing MCR duties while coordinating with the newsroom, control room, and field operators to ensure seamless broadcasts.

Day to day includes but won't be limited to: 

MCR

• Control TV signal connectivity across Nine Entertainment Co’s network 
• Manage live and pre-recorded segments, ensuring quality audio/video levels.
• Handle web conferencing for live or pre-recorded broadcasts.

Floor Tech

• Ensure studio equipment is functional and assist with radio mics/IFB systems.
• Operate autocue and act as a link between control room and talent during broadcasts.

Co-Pilot

• Support the Pilot and Line Producer to ensure smooth broadcasts.
• Oversee studio technical functions (lighting, cameras) and liaise with NPC and caption providers.

Audio-Post

• Record and mix voice-overs, balance audio elements, and create sound effects.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards

This is a full-time FIFO position on a 2/1 roster (1 week of day shift / 1 week of night shift) and is a great opportunity for the right person with the right experience who excels in thinking outside the box to provide the highest level of service across the Mine Site Cleaning department on site. 

Who are we looking for?   

You will be responsible for leading the Mine Site Cleaning Team and your focus will be cleaning of the mine site facilities such as offices, crib rooms, toilet and shower blocks. This role will suit a supervisor who is happy to be hands-on and support the team on the ground, using their initiative and problem-solving skills when challenges arise. 

To be successful, you’ll need:  

• Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  

• A current WA Driver's license   

• Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and national police check  

• You will possess proven leadership skills, have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service to meet client standards and ability to prioritise tasks according to the needs of the team and the business 

• We are looking for someone that holds a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace with a strong leadership background 

• Experience managing teams is essential 

• Previous experience in Industrial or Mine Site Cleaning 

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 12 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home), often in extreme environments. So, having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day!
