As part of CAE Australia’s Defence and Security IPAC Strategy and Business Development team, the Capture Manager - Air, is responsible for the capture, proposal and submission phases for opportunities identified in the Aerospace Domain across the Indo-Pacific Region.

This role can be located to work from our Head Office in Homebush or Office in Brisbane.

• Ideally have a background and/or solid understanding of platform simulation, military training systems, and/or government procurement mechanisms.

• Ensures that all technical baseline infrastructure is maintained at an optimal level so that Customer mission needs are satisfied

• Monitors, recognizes, evaluates, and corrects system and network problems as part of support duties.

• Is responsible for maintaining a privileged user level of access across numerous high priority systems

• Communicates via daily interface with Government and partner country senior leadership, system operators, and engineers at site and across the enterprise

• Interprets system documentation and records problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools

• Collects data describing the environment at the time of a failure

• Serves as a single point of contact for monitoring, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution

• Performs routine software functions, as required

• Escalates problems to Tier 2 level, as required, and performs call-ins, as necessary

• Coordinates with any required resources across the enterprise to resolve operational issues

• Works with other 24x7 engineering crews across multiple locations, providing enterprise level maintenance support with high Customer visibility into all actions and responses

• Provides necessary mentorship, guidance, and training to entry level engineering crew

Required Qualifications:

• A current DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification – Security+ Certification

• An Active TS/SCI Polygraph Clearance and Background Investigation adjudicated within the past 4 years

• Associate of Arts Degree in a related technical discipline and related knowledge or ability to troubleshoot operational systems supported by this Program OR possesses an equivalent 3-5 years direct experience in lieu of a degree

• A broad knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise

• Good communication skills in order for the effective and accurate exchange of information across a multi-location enterprise, with Customer visibility into crew-based actions and responses

• workability to work a non-standard work week, weekends, and holidays; Shift work - 12 hour shifts (2 day shifts followed by 2 mid shifts then 4 days off)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an effective business partnering capability that will provide Business Units with timely and appropriate support, financial information and analytical tools to manage performance of the Business Units. This position is the key contact for Business Units, especially for Sales and Marketing teams, and has the ability to influence decision making and assist with driving Business Units' performance. Role supports two key business units: Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology Heart Failure (EPHF) Divisions

Your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

• Finance business partner to Corporate Accounts Manager responsible for and Tenders. This will include preparing and participating in business reviews and planning cycles (LBE) reviews.

• Working closely with Commercial business to evaluate margin impact related to investment decisions, pricing and promotions, and business development opportunities to support the making of decisions.

• Ensuring pricing proposals are compliant with corporate pricing policy across the CRM & EPHF business and authorisation is properly documented.

• Update and monitor market status of products within the customer groups.  Understand the impact of market dynamics, share, and innovation on the forecast assumptions.

• Act as the single provider of relevant business unit data to the Finance Controllers for consolidation into FP&A reporting including Plan, LBE, and long-term innovation forecasts. 

• Prepare Corporate Account reports, ad hoc reporting and/or analysis as required by Corporate Accounts Manager.

• Manage and develop one direct report. 

• Oversee the rebate and Sales incentive process performed by direct report including:

• timely & accurate calculation and accrual of monthly rebates and payments are executed in accordance with approved Rebate agreements and properly authorized in accordance with corporate policy.

• Timely & accurate calculation of sales incentive and relevant accruals for the CRM/EPHF divisions in accordance with annual sales incentive plans.

• Sales territory alignment within SAP for Abbott Medical divisions.

• Defining and implementing best practice planning and control techniques in line with business needs.

• 5+ years of working experiences in multiple financial positions including financial reporting & analysis, and commercial business support with multinational companies.

Looking for Network/Hardware technician with great communication skills that will be responsible for collection of incident information through customer conversation, and self-service support tools. Tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution ensuring a quality end-to-end customer experience. Conducts initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution for basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. Communicates promptly on progress. Engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility by routing incidents, as necessary, to product line, application, or system support specialists. Executes against established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Documents resolutions and updates self-help and staff knowledge bases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems. • Provide Information Technology (IT) support through the performance of on-site product/solution installation, sustainment, and resolution.
• Oversee and/or perform any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of IT equipment and systems.

• Help to develop testing strategies and document results.
• Provide advice and training to end-users.

• May provide work leadership to less-experienced personnel.

• Must be able to obtain Security Plus certification within 90 days

Retail Merchandiser – West Beach - SA (Car Required)

Employment Type - Casual

Competitive hourly Casual rate $30.54 p/hr + kms + superannuation

Enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of products for leading brands. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating, building, and maintaining quality point of sale displays in store
• Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands
• Reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App

Successful candidate requirements:

• Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential, no experience necessary
• A current Australian/International driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Must be available Wednesdays and Thursdays (as a minimum)
