We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Your duties will include:

• Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks); 
• Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
• Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
• Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
• Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
• Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
• Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills, including but not limited to initial, workplace and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents.

As a Visual Merchandiser you work at the heart of fast-paced fashion business, in your store you create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration & guidance with competitive convenience in line with the H&M brand direction and values. As a Visual Merchandiser you actively drive sales in store and are responsible to ensure strong execution of the Commercial Handbook.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Ensure that garment presentation in store is in line with the Commercial Handbook and creates exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience.  
• Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows & indoor.  
• Together with the Department Manager you maximise and drive commercial opportunities in your store within the H&M brand guidelines. 
• Execute visual & commercial training for all colleagues in store to support garment presentation and styling in line with the Commercial Handbook, together with Store Manager and Department Managers. 
• Seek Visual Merchandiser potential future talent for succession. 
• Organise and plan your workload according to business needs and commercial planner. Ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed 

As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.     

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual  
• Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales. 
• Drive Hello Member program in line with country goals
• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  
• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. 
• Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team. 
• Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs.
