• Create ‘must see’ annual Programming Plans and monthly Programming Schedules working with the Senior Program Manager
• Contribute to the monthly program planning meetings
• Schedule and deliver daily transmission logs ensuring correct placement of NBCU promos
• Ensure appropriate creation and placement of Secondary Events (Certification Bugs & Zips)
• Download drafts and final schedules for transmission and deliver to affiliates
• Action programming and presentation amendments in the broadcast system

• Using all available reporting from the Research team, analyse ratings and monitor program performance

• Manage VOD and blackouts information for all non-linear applications

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient management of Rest’s technology service providers. The role needs to ensure that all technology contracts meet Rest’s and regulatory compliance standards and that vendors continue to meet their contractual obligations in regard to performance, risk management and compliance. You will support the General Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Technology in selecting the right service providers and ensuring they deliver optimum value within Rest’s Risk appetite.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

1. Work closely with DTD leadership to create and maintain sourcing plans for key technology services
2. Implement enterprise service provider management policies/frameworks for DTD service providers 
3. Maintain a RACI identifying the key roles and responsibilities involved in the governance of DTD service providers 
4. Collaborate with strategic procurement team to ensure that all contracts reflect necessary technology standards including regulatory compliance obligations.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technology service providers
6. Support vendor relationship owners in creating, implementing and maintaining vendor management plans
7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the resolution of any contractual compliance issues. 
8. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulations affecting technology service providers 
9. Ensure vendor governance forums are run consistently and effectively
10. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management regarding vendor performance

We are embarking on an HR system implementation across Nine. We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer / Integrations Specialist to work closely within our Technology team to deliver a series of initiatives that will be critical to set this program up for success. This is for a six month contract with the potential of extending the role to support the design, development and deployment of the system.

Day to day you will:

• Document the detailed current & future state systems landscape of the in scope processes, including building an understanding of current state integrations.
• Work with system owners and the business to detail the integration requirements for the Workday implementation.
• Work with the Technology team to get Dev and Test environments ready for critical upstream and downstream systems.
• Engage with stakeholders at different levels, across various business units to gain business knowledge and translate this into key deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to defi ne the outcomes required and develop an approach to deliver against this within a defi ned timeframe.
• Work collaboratively with all Business units to understand and document their current state HR processes and be able to clearly capture varying requirements and needs across the BUs.
• Support the project team and business, building a trust relationship with ability to influence.
