We have a newly created opportunity available for a Head of Wellbeing to lead a team of allied health professionals driving our wellbeing programs across the AIA Enterprise. You will lead the delivery of the AIA Embrace Ecosystem to support customers whether they are well, unwell or recovering.  To do this optimally you will:

• Strategically lead across the AIA enterprise, embedding wellbeing services including rehabilitation to achieve shared value outcomes for AIA, society, partners and customers
• Deliver an outstanding overall Wellbeing service including rehabilitation
• Act as a passionate and active advocate for customer wellbeing across the AIA wellbeing ecosystem
• Lead, engage, mentor and provide technical support to Wellbeing Managers to ensure the team achieves operational excellence, customer impact and high customer satisfaction
• Mentor and engage the team, so they can foster learning and development opportunities for their broader team and facilitate an innovative and engaged team culture
• Ensure quality and timeliness of rehab services ensuring these services are carried out within AIA Rehabilitation’s Best Practice Framework
• Support Wellbeing Managers with any cases requiring liaison with the Customer Complaints Team, Legal or Reinsurers
• In collaboration with Shared Value Wellbeing leadership team, provide thought Leadership for the business and industry

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Background and experience in a clinical area such as but not limited to Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Medicine, Exercise Physiology
• Experience with developing and implementing digital health solutions is highly desirable

The Opportunity

We have a newly created opportunity for a Key Account Associate to join the growth of our AIA Financial Wellbeing practice.  Within this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our broker network to ensure delivery of agreed AIA Financial Wellbeing sales. • Contribute to AIA Financial Wellbeing growth ambitions by meeting predetermined sales targets
• Pro-active business development and a strong ability to identify key strategic partners to enable the growth aspiration of AIA FW
• Collaboration and support of cross-functional teams across AIA FW and the broader business
• Assist with on-boarding of new brokers, brokerages and nurture quality engagement throughout their AIA FW journey
• Encourage and steer important relationships with our independent broker operators to enable mutually beneficial outcomes
• Drive dynamic MoM increase in broker registrations across aggregators
• Supervise ongoing performance within VOC/NPS surveys and individual customer feedback
• Develop and handle relationships with internal AIA FW collaborators including general advice, personal advice and health insurance
• Ensure accurate and up-to date documentation is in place and report any potential breaches to compliance team
• Handle resolution of any called out issues from broker partners and ensure to remain compliant ​

• This opening is for a Freight Coordinator to join our team at our Brisbane Airport Location

• This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (6am Starts)

We are currently sourcing a Senior Manager, General Advice Delivery to join our Financial Wellbeing team at AIA in Melbourne. About the role

• Team Global Express is seeking a MR Driver to commence immediately at our Brisbane Airport Depot

• This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday to Friday, 12am (Midnight) to 8am  

• The successful candidate will be offered Shift Loading on top of their Base Hourly Rate  

• Complete shuttle runs promptly between multiple Team Global Express sites located within the Brisbane Airport Precinct

• Operate an MR Truck equipped with a Roller Bed and transport freight between our Loading Dock and our Depot

• You must hold a current MR license (or higher).

• Unload and load vehicles using a Forklift and sort them appropriately and safely

• Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.

• Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy

• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks

• Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position

What you’ll bring

• You will hold a Valid MR Licence & Forklift Licence

• Experience operating a Truck with a Roller Bed System is preferred but not mandatory

• You must have excellent time management and the ability to move freight in a safe & timely manner

• You must have Full Rights to work in Australia

• You must have a high attention towards Safety

About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking a highly motivated HSW Manager to join our team to help drive our business forward. This role will see you drive the proactive implementation and continual improvement to building a strong and positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture and to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation. You will Pro-actively partner with managers and employees throughout the organisation to build, enable solutions, increase organisational capability, and deliver initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture.

What you’ll do

• Conduct governance activities, data analysis, research, and technical health and safety work for continuous improvement of the HSW management system, safety leadership, and behavioral program.
• Provide technical input for HSW planning, risk management, and management review processes, including dangerous goods and emergency preparedness.
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reviewing the Business Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System and HSW Plan, ensuring employee consultation.
• Support operational management in effectively communicating HSW responsibilities to employees (including contractors).
• Follow the TGE HSW management system, utilizing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure legislative compliance and enhance safety performance and culture.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries, identifying causal factors and implementing preventive actions.
• Ensure legal H&S requirements are met by monitoring and updating Health and Safety documentation to reflect current legislation.

About the role

The opportunity:

Our Technology team at AIA is growing and to support this growth, we are sourcing a Business Support Officer to provide organisational and administration support to our Technology Leadership and broader employee cohort. We are sourcing a Senior Consultant - Strategy Execution to support the Head of Strategy Execution, to ensure that the initiatives and investment decisions align to AIA Australia’s strategic priorities and the initiative’s benefits are realised.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the execution of ambitious critical initiatives and to help build the capability of the relatively new Strategy Execution function. This function has an enterprise-wide scope with projects encompassing Growth, Customer Experience, Digital, Analytics and Operational Excellence.

To do this optimally you will:

• Support the operation of the Strategic Investment Committee (SIC), which comprises of the CEO, CSIDO, CFO, CTO and CRO
• Support in facilitating the prioritisation of enterprise-wise strategic investments based on organisational priorities, emerging opportunities and execution challenges
• Rollout and ongoing management of the enterprise-wide benefits management framework
• Review business cases and be a collaborative challenger to ensure high-quality cases for discussion by SIC
• Liaise with projects to mentor in respect of SIC process, funding, benefits and key measures as they relate to the strategic plan
• Work with Executives, Program Sponsors and Project Managers to ensure benefits outlined in the cases are strategically aligned, measurable and assessable
• Develop the consolidated view of strategic investment costs, benefits, critical metrics and project outcomes for the senior leadership
• Collaborate across the organisation to challenge and influence a wide range of partners
• Work optimally with the senior executives from Group Office (Hong Kong).

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Transformation experience gained from Financial Services sector, preferably in group-wide or enterprise-wide role
• Strategy or Management Consulting experience with financial services clients
• Commercially astute with experience in developing and reviewing business cases
• Portfolio/Program management and delivery skills
• Experience working with the Finance function and project delivery teams to develop enterprise view of the strategic investment portfolio
• Knowledge of key drivers of the life and health markets in Australia
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.

The opportunity:

We are sourcing an Executive Assistant to join our collaborative team at AIA in Melbourne – St Kilda Road. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective executive administrative support to two ExCo members. This opportunity would suit an experienced EA who has worked in a similar environment within financial services or insurance and has exceptional organisation skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Provide comprehensive diary management including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel and logistics

• Prepare draft correspondence, printing and compiling presentation packs

• Proactively anticipate needs and ensure the executives have all the required documents in advance of meetings

• Provide key support to two Exco in the delivery of business objectives

• Facilitate general invoicing and expense management

• Organise travel and accommodation bookings, in line with the AIAA policy

• Contract management, including arranging review and execution of contracts

• General office duties and provide additional support to the team if required.

• Proven experience in a similar role supporting senior executives in a large and sophisticated organisation

• High level communication and customer engagement skills
