We are seeking a licensed bus driver to operate our daily bus service. The bus route will involve two return trips from Rockhampton to farms located near Gogango Queensland each day, five days per week. The role will provide transport to farm employees to our macadamia orchards.

The successful candidate will need to be available for the following shifts:

Monday to Friday 4:30am to 7:30am

Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus to transport passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organised bus interior, including regular cleaning of windows and floors
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure it is in good working condition
• Comply with schedules and routes, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules and passenger registers
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, safety procedures and relevant regulations

To be successful for this position, you will have:

• HR Class Drivers licence, with a sound driving record with no history of significant violations
• First aid certificate preferred
• Previous experience as a bus driver or professional driver preferred
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
• This role will be subject to a police check, driving history report and drug and alcohol testing

The successful candidate will be remunerated in accordance with the Passenger Vehicle Transportation Award at a Grade 3 level.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Transport office Administrator to join our small close knit team to support the day-to-day operations of GKR Transport in our Redbank Office This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Fridays (potentially until 7:00-7:30 pm) to ensure all trucks are prepared and on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing for on-forwarders and provide accurate quotes for other depots
• Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Answer incoming calls and liaise directly with clients daily
• Accurately process data entry, check invoicing, and manage consignment notes
• Ensure timely and effective handling of all customer requests

About You

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferably in a warehouse, transport or logistics environment.

• A strong proactive customer service approach.

• Develop/enhance robust application code which meets all technical requirements
• Collaborate with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and estimates
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and assistance to senior engineers
• Write and maintain software documentation
• Assist Team Leads and Engineering Managers to create and deliver technical roadmaps
• Lead best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture across our tech stack within your team - Node, TypeScript, React, AWS, Cloudflare, GitLab CI/CD
