About the Role

Team Global Express is currently seeking multiple MC Drivers, to commence immediately at our Mackay Depot Location.  These are Full Time Permanent Roles that provide you with the opportunity to join our Dedicated Pick Up and Delivery Team to service our major clients and customers throughout Mackay. Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• $33.70 Per Hour Plus 15% Superannuation. You will also receive a Location Allowance which applies to all Ordinary Hours worked prior to any Overtime Commitments.

• This is a Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (AM Starts) with Overtime Available

• Weekend work is also available with this role and will be offered on a need by need basis

• You must hold an unconditional MC Licence. You must also be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles

• Must have previous experience in a similar role

• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently

• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes

• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames

• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required

• Complete own vehicle pre-start checks to meet required standards

In your role as Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for the engineering and people management within one of our high performing mobile application squads inside Nine Product & Technology. As we continue our transformation and growth journey, we are now looking to appoint a Leading Hand for our Lurnea facility in Sydney.

Reporting to the shift Operations Supervisor, the roster for this role will be Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00AM to 8:00PM. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting a team of warehouse operators/pickers to meet KPI targets.

• Instructing route drivers on delivery sequence as per customer requirements.

• Operating all appropriate materials handling equipment under licence.

• Use of computer (internal inventory management system and customer systems etc.) for maintenance of data input & retrieval relating to stock for route business.

• Planning for staff and labour hire requirements for shifts as required.

• Reviewing consignment of goods for receipt and dispatch.

Skills and experience/qualifications will ideally include:

• Experience in a similar role and environment, supporting a team of warehouse operators/pickers.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving retail environment.

• The ability to work in a cold/freezer environment.

• A valid and current high-risk licence.

• Being highly skilled on a double pallet mover.

• Experience with conducting toolbox talks.

• Basic PC skills.

• Previous Transport and COR experience.

Are you a detail-oriented professional who can maintain a library of content that is both informative and accessible? 

In this role you will be responsible  for the production, training, and embedding of knowledge about our products, the customers they serve, and how they function in practice. Your primary focus will be on internal users, but you will also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of external content.

What you'll do

Produce and Maintain Content Library 

• (Non-Technical Product Definitions) Maintain and publish library of content that internal users can access that is an easy and reliable way to understand what scenarios we can and can’t support on all of our products, what qualifying and approval criteria, how our products function. 

• (Technical Product Definitions) Maintain technical product definitions and make available to relevant users (e.g. Technology, Business Process etc) 

Pro-actively embed Product knowledge  

• Facilitate knowledge transfer / Learning and Development in various formats where required (e.g. Classroom Training, 1:1 Training, written / verbal etc)  

• Support/develop programs to assist new starters (and others) to get requisite product knowledge. 

• Support/Develop any assurance programs aimed at ensuring that we are accurately representing our products to market both on and off platform 

Facilitate Product Updates / change 

• Reviewer and approver of content produced in support of training and development  

• Support pre and post go-live / GTM related activities where product definitions  

• Pro-actively escalating unresolved ambiguity in product definitions for decisions to be made

As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Lending Product's success. Your responsibilities will include providing insightful reporting, recommending pricing strategies, and overseeing the financial performance of our flagship product

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the financial performance of our Lending product, providing both regular in-depth analysis and ad-hoc assessments to ensure we're always ahead of the game.
• Develop and maintain critical financial performance metrics, including Cost + Return on Capital, Cost to Acquire and Serve, and more. Your work will be the compass guiding our product's financial journey.
• Conduct thorough analyses of value drivers influencing product performance, encompassing Channel/Introducer Performance, Cost Analysis, Customer Behavioral Insights, and Churn/Closure Patterns.
• Your recommendations will be at the forefront of our market strategy, as you research and propose alternative interest rate and fee structures to keep us competitive.
•  Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of competitor pricing and feature set information, providing our internal teams with a strategic edge.
