This position reports into the Recruitment Manager and will work closely with the rest of the recruitment team, HR Business Partners and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully partner with stakeholders to deliver on the end-to-end recruitment process across all roles
• End-to-end volume recruitment
• Shortlisting candidates
• Use our careers portal and talent network tools to drive greater visibility of career opportunities to existing employees
• Support the wider talent team projects and activities where required.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in recruitment
• Experience recruiting frontline roles preferred
• Experience in internal recruitment, including attraction campaigns, best practice interviewing techniques, digital recruitment channels, and assessment centers.
• Strong customer focus and moves at pace to respond to customer needs. Has a strong desire to work hard to go the extra mile and over-deliver on commitments.
• Strong and clear communication skills.
• Commercially minded, seeks out ways to make things more effective and makes sound decisions that benefit the business and demonstrate ROI.
• Data savvy, comfortable with metrics, good analytical skills, and able to position the benefits of activities in both quantitative and qualitative terms.

The role

Customer Experience at Aphex is an exciting bridge between product and users. It is one part support to two parts product expert. On a typical day, you could find yourself;

• Documenting feature requests
• Analysing session data to uncover the tiny tweak that could make a big difference
• Working with our UX team to guide product evolution
• Solving problems in live chat
• Investigating and reproducing bugs
• Testing an upcoming feature release

As a product-led team with a deep focus on user engagement, you will find yourself at the heart of Aphex, learning rapidly about construction, software development, and building beautiful products that help infrastructure projects happen.

The Customer Experience team works across Brisbane and London, so you can expect to be drawn into working later, 1-3 days a week. However, this timezone spread does allow a high degree of flexibility to your hours.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Switch Connex Developer. As a Switch Connex Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining switch connectivity solutions for our clients.

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in switch connectivity development.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of switch protocols and technologies.
• Experience in working with Switch Connex systems, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Experience with network security and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
