The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Market business in our Forrestfield team as an Account Coordinator.
Being the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, you'll partner with our customers maintaining our high standards of service delivery. In this role, you will bring your experience and willingness to learn to support the team. You will interact and manage internal and external customer enquiries and relationships.
What will you do?
This role will offer variety and scope for a self-motivated, quick thinker and an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. You’ll be responsible for the following:
- managing and interacting with our customers and providing an excellent customer experience for your account portfolio
- collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products in line with customer business needs
- providing our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
- identifying improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers
More about you
As a highly motivated individual, you’ll provide exceptional service to our customers. You will have:
- the relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Supply Chain)
- excellent communication and a high standard of customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- good attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously with your superior time management skills
- a can-do attitude and the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
- a thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives
