Administration Support Officer

The Opportunity   An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration support officer to work with our administration team at our Forrestfield Depot in Perth. On a daily basis you will provide support within the data entry and administration area for our freight distribution services and warehousing departments. Key skills required in the role include: Creating Manifest consignments and updating as informed by dock personnel.  Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.  Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled ready for departure in the drivers travel packs.  Data Entry of Con notes & POD.  Scanning paperwork into the freight system.  Sorting connotes by destinations.   Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager.  Previous Experience Includes:  At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the transport and warehousing industry.
