• You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
• You don’t sweat the small stuff; sometimes your customer will be having a bad day or traffic delays you. You know not to take this personally and to shake it off before your next customer.
• You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.
• You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for enhancing and maximising the profile of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort and its various outlets. We are looking for someone with experience in:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel's luxury branding and business goals. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance the hotel's market presence and revenue generation.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the hotel’s various websites. Focus on leveraging digital tools to enhance guest engagement and retention and on-going reporting.  A test and learn mindset is preferable.
• Brand Management: Uphold and elevate the hotel’s luxury brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and high standards in all communications and promotional materials.

• Oversee frontline recruitment, ensuring requisitions are completed.

Working amongst a fun and dynamic team, you will work with the Housekeeping Management team to support the Turndown team to meet their goals.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Conduct daily briefings with turndown housekeepers at floor level
• Manage and supervise all tasks of their team
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set
• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms
• Record room status in allocated section accurately
• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance
• Actively support the housekeeping team with room cleans during peak periods 

You will:

• Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
