Executive Assistant Sydney CBD 2000 Permanent Role - Full Time (Monday - Friday) Salary: Up to $110k + Super Hybrid

Cox Purtell is currently working with a prestigious organisation operating within the legal industry who are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical support to their Director of Legal Regulation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a successful and inspiring leader who genuinely cares about their team, and heads up one of the fastest growing segments of the organisation. In this role you'll be representing the Director of Legal Regulation in various forums and therefore, it's imperative that you have exceptional communication skills and are impeccably professionally presented due to the nature of the role and industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate extensive diary management efficiently and effectively and produce a daily folder with appointments and necessary paperwork.
Triage incoming requests & information via phone & email and refer, action or follow-up as required.
Coordinate Director's required professional activities incl. weekly reports/emails; reports for Council and numerous presentations and other speeches.
Deliver accurate and timely reports and documentation as required.
Oversee and coordinate bookings, venue set up and catering requirements for all events related to the Director.
Take meeting minutes on a regular basis, providing executive summaries where required.
Make travel arrangements, including organising of domestic and international conferences.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Councillors, Government Departments and the judiciary.
Action invoicing and reimbursements in an efficient and professional manner.


Essential Competencies:

Demonstrable experience in an Executive Assistant/PA role supporting a Senior Executive in a highly pressurised environment.
Impeccable communication skills - prior experience in legal or similar field would be highly regarded
Demonstrable experience in an industry that reuqires tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (preferably in a legal, corporate or political environment).
Advanced administrative skills - including fast & accurate typing.
Ability to plan, manage, prioritise and organise self and others to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst handling a busy workload and prioritising multiple tasks.

The Role
Our talented kitchen brigade covers all areas of food preparation – Lady Fairfax Room, The Fax Bar, In-Room Dining, Business Class Lounge and Conference and Events.
As a full-time Executive Sous Chef, you will lead your culinary team to provide exceptional culinary services throughout our Food & Beverage operation. For this reason, you must be an experienced Executive Sous Chef preferably in a large accommodation hotel context with people management and sound administrative skills. Variable availability is required based upon business demand and leave coverage of your team.
Some of your responsibilities:
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of food for all outlets
• Menu planning, conducting trials and tastings with kitchen and service teams
• Monitoring quality of output and consistency in standards
• Liaising with suppliers, internal Purchasing Manager, managing food costs
• Ensuring regular training of kitchen team
• Adherence to all food safety requirements of local council

About You
This role requires a leader who is willing to work closely with their team, maintain the hotel's high standards, and ensure that the policies of the hotel and kitchen - including Work Health & Safety and Responsible Business practices - are adhered to at all times.

To be successful in this role you will require:
• Previous experience in a medium to large hotel in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management preferred, must hold qualified Chef credentials

Salary
