I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Executive Assistant role for a global swimwear and fashion apparel company based in the Inner West. This company is now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team to help assist both the CEO and the executive team. There is also working from home flexibility provided and free parking on site. Your new role
Ensure efficient scheduling of the CEO's commitments
Structure and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Facilitate seamless travel arrangements for business, including international agents
Assist in organising key events (internal and external), offsites and conferences
Manage daily email correspondence and handle sensitive communications
Handle expense claims, coordinate financial reports, and distribute legal documentation
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and visitor-related responsibilities, ensuring it's a smooth and well-organised environment, such as ordering equipment, coordinating office supplies, and planning company events
Oversee the management of the Facilities Coordinator and support in maintenance requisitions
Working with external legal counsel on updating and monitoring intellectual property
Support in banking, payroll, account controls, financial approvals, expense management, policy measures and signatory management What you'll need to succeed
Display initiative in organisational and administrative support.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Establish strong working relationships across the organisation.
Previous experience in a similar EA role supporting executive leaders is essential.
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, rather than reactive thinking
Ability to juggle multiple tasks between the CEO and the Executive Team
