Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner offers a combination of strategic and operational HR responsibilities. Your key Responsibilities:

As our BP, you’ll provide HR business partnering services for managers across a number of locations and business units within your portfolio; you’ll coach, guide and implement strategies to meet both long term and short term business goals.  You’ll also build strong, effective relationships and gain knowledge of the business to enable effective decision making.
