Role Overview:

As a Graduate Human Resources Officer, you will play a fundamental role in supporting various HR functions within The Yiros Shop. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to the implementation of HR policies and practices while gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines.

Your Key Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• HR Administration: Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing databases, and assisting in the preparation of HR documents, contracts, and reports.
• Employee Relations: Contribute to fostering positive employee relations by handling inquiries, addressing basic HR-related queries, and assisting in the resolution of employee concerns while learning to navigate HR policies and procedures.
• HR Projects: Collaborate with the various Head Office departments on various projects, gaining exposure to areas such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance and identifying process and system improvements.
• Onboarding and Training: Supporting the Recruitment team during the onboarding process for new employees, preparing orientation materials, conducting induction sessions, and coordinating training activities to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
• Work Place Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure WHS information is updated and available in restaurants. Assisting with WHS restaurant audits

The role:

Reporting to the Claims & Resolution Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing damage incidents to ensure our owners get their vans repaired quickly and back on the platform for hire. The Sales Support officer is a member of the Sales team and plays a key role in to assist internal and external clients within the blueAPACHE account base for run-rate device and licensing sales.

• 1-2 years previous experience in quoting and or customer experience in technology or related industry

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and Tier 1 (Enterprise) sales team.
• Manage sales calls, provide product support including recommendations, orders status updates and manage order deliverables.
• Raise deal registrations, work with distributors and vendors on special pricing requests.
• Work with sales team to develop further opportunities.
• Work with sales specialist to facilitate ongoing run-rate transactions.
• Maintain product knowledge across key vendors and participate in ongoing training.
• Assist and deal with Enterprise clients.
• Asist BDM’s and Generate quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal sales teams and key contacts within the BA client base.
• Manage margin within the Distributor base and negotiate buy prices with the distributors.

• Display a continuous improvement focus by systematically identifying opportunities for enhancements and customising solutions to align with our business requirements, contributing to ongoing efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
