What you’ll do:
You will ensure the highest possible standards of efficiency and professionalism in Front Office Guest Services. You will wow our guests with your welcoming smile, bubbly personality and ability to think outside the box. You will ensure that guests are welcomed warmly and are efficiently checked-in and checked-out. You will also be responsible for any incoming phone calls to the property and delight with your familiarity of all accommodation offerings and services.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a L2 Service Desk & Onsite Engineer to join our busy Service Centre Team in Sydney. 

The role will be based in Alexandria and will be predominately L2 helpdesk/phone based work with occasional travel between customer sites which are both located within Metro and regional NSW as and when required. 

The successful candidates will have previous MSP experience and provide helpdesk support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services for our customers.

2+ years of experience working within a Service Desk or Field Services role.  

Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure with some experience including networking technologies such as routers and switches (switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Radius, VPN).  

2+ years Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and group policy experience  

2+ years experience working with a ticket management system.  

Qualifications

A valid Driver's Licence and your own transport

IT degree or Diploma

About the Role

We are seeking Administration Officers to commence as soon as possible to provide the following support within the Enrolments Team: 

• Respond to all new enrolment enquiries.
• Administratively support enrolments from Application to Commencement and onboard new students to Sentral. 
• Assist with the Withdrawal process. 
• Set up interviews and collaborative planning meetings for students with additional needs. 
• Maintain accurate and relevant data on incoming and withdrawing students. 
• Assist with events that support the enrolment process and market ACC to the wider community.

• Have an active Christian faith. 
• Have suitable qualifications and/or experience in administration.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
