About the opportunity
As a result of an internal promotion, were pleased to invite applications for the position of IT Service Desk Manager as part of our innovative, collaborative and customer focused Group Transformation team.
Based in Brompton, SA and reporting to the ICT Manager, your key focus will be on identifying and understanding the root cause of technology problems and improving efficiencies to help our people get their jobs done.
This is a hands-on role in a fast paced, global manufacturing business, requiring you to provide high level IT support to the user (customer) group across the business both locally and offshore. 
The goal of your team is to bridge the gap between technology and people to make the experience better.
In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:

Manage, support and mentor a small IT Service Desk team.
