About You
To be successful in this role, your experience and qualifications would be:
• Bachelor' or higher degree in Risk Management or Banking and finance.
• 3+ years of experience in the banking sector, with a minimum of 1.5 years spent working in Risk and Compliance.
• Advanced knowledge or Industry certifications in operational banking procedures.

Your technical skills would be:
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing compliance policies and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and Gateway’s internal policies
• Strong proficiency in AML/CTF compliance, including conducting second-line reviews for high-risk entities and suspicious transaction reports.
• Ability to analyse fraud and scam incidents, develop reports and implement effective fraud management systems to mitigate risks.
• Experience in handling internal dispute resolution cases and managing AFCA complaints.

The Role: Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role sits in the corporate function providing technical reporting for the business and will act as an integral part of the business to support the Financial Controller, Finance Manager, and wider financial reporting team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Consolidations
- Understanding of ASX listed reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation of note disclosures
- Reviewing financial statements 
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reports, analysis and commentary for board meetings
- Ensuring all joint venture transactions are accounted for
About You: - You will be a Big 4, 1st or 2nd mover with ASX listed clients, minimum 3-5 years' experience
